The ordered parts will be shipped by DHL or Italian postal service with tracking (depending of benefit as lower cost for you) to your address or to another address where there is someone that can receive the parcel for you.

The shipping cost are in function of your country, the site automatically calculate the right tariff related to your nation.

You can follow your shipping on-line  in the DHL or Poste Italiane web site, entering the tracking code given to you by e-mail

IF  THE MATERIAL ARRIVES DAMAGED

In any case the parcel is insured so take please a photo of the damaged box and parts and send us, we will  send you a new part freely.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It's possible sending back the acquired items with the original (not copied) payment's receipt. The return's shipping costs are carge of the buyer.
