Delivery time
We inform our kind customers that the shipping time indicated on the checkout form is indicative of the courier's shipping time only.
Despite our commitment to deliver as soon as possible, if the requested product is not available in stock and the accumulation of orders to be processed is very high, the preparation time of the item can vary from 7 up to about 30 days, in which case we will communicate the expected times via email.
Couriers, costs and tracking code
About the standard shipping by DHL express courier the site automatically will show you the right rate related to your country, delivery time in Europe by DHL is about 2-4 days and in the rest of the World can be 5-7 days depending of the distance and the customs delivery time also.
As shipped, DHL will immediately send you the tracking code to your email and the following days will constantly send information with updates on your shipment.
In the checkout there is also an option for choosing the economic shipping via The Netherland postal service "SPRING", it takes about 3-4 weeks
If you choose the shipping via the SPRING Dutch Post, we will send you the tracking code to your email to make you follow the shipment step by step
The transport fees vary according to total weight/volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately because the system will apply the shipping fees to each of them.
In order to avoid damage during transport we take special care in packing the parts you ordered but in case the parts are damaged by the courier, by activating the procedure with the courier itself at the time of delivery to you to let us know about the damage and by sending us a photo of the parts and the damaged box, we will send you the parts again.
